Commercial Services offers its customers quality, dependable job performance; thus we set our standards high when selecting our affiliate partners. All work performed is monitored, graded and reported for accuracy and consistency. Our goal is to offer our Commercial customers service in a professional, seamless manner and we accomplish this by contracting specialized, trained, honest and hard working affiliate partners throughout the United States, Canada and Caribbean Islands.
Commercial Fire 
One of the structures we have set in place to help us monitor and report work order completion is the Interactive Voice Response (IVR). This technology is allocated to detect voice and keypad input through our computer system and allows technicians the ability to relay crucial information to Commercial Fire while performing the service on site. All affiliate technicians use the IVR system for every work order they receive.
Commercial Fire affiliate partners are recruited through our Affiliate Department in a number of ways; through referrals from existing companies, Ansul, Amerex, the American Fire and Sprinkler Association, NAFED and sometimes by searching online websites.
Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning 
The Regional Manager of Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning works in the field recruiting affiliates in a magnitude of ways. Time and effort go into the search for experienced service companies that have the knowledge, equipment, work ethic, training and dedication that Commercial Kitchen requires.
Work performance is monitored on each and every job performed for Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning. Pictures of the cleaning are taken and reviewed by our knowledgeable staff, calls are placed to the customers inquiring of their satisfaction and our technical staff goes out and inspects the work performed from time to time.
Commercial EMS 
As in all Commercial Services companies, affiliate partners are in integral part of how we maintain our nationwide coverage. Commercial EMS is no different. We have established a core of trained and certified CPR/AED instructors across the country. Many of our instructors are EMS or Fire Life Safety professionals, nurses or have served in other medical capacities who are knowledgeable in all aspects of medical emergencies.
