  • Before beginning a commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning service, our technicians will inspect the exhaust system using our 12 point "check in" on our quality control report this includes digital photos prior to cleaning.
  • All equipment in the area surrounding the exhaust hood is covered with plastic. A plastic funnel is constructed to divert the water, degreaser, and grease from our cleaning process to a container for disposal. This prevents the grease from getting on the equipment and floor.
  • Commercial Services technicians will apply a degreasing chemical (developed exclusively for Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning) to the exhaust ventilator; all ductwork, filters, and the hood canopy.
  • The exhaust ventilator, ductwork, hood canopy, and filters will be cleaned to "bare metal" using hot water/high pressure equipment as the method of cleaning.
  • Our technicians will polish the stainless components of the exhaust such as the hood canopy and backsplash.
  • At the end of an exhaust cleaning service all equipment is wiped down that may have been affected by the cleaning process, the floor in the service area is cleaned and any grease that may have settled on the roof or parking areas is removed.
  • The final step in our exhaust cleaning process is to carefully inspect the system and our work area using our 11 point "check out" found on our quality control report to ensure that the work was done completely and properly, and that the manager on duty (when applicable) is completely satisfied with the results. This process includes taking digital photos post cleaning.
  • A copy of our quality control report is left at each location after every service.
  • A follow-up Quality Assurance phone call is made the next day to ensure satisfaction.
